Thought leadership comes with many facets and dimensions, one of which is emotional self regulation. We are living in an age of anxiety, as AI is disrupting everything with lightning speed. Here are some tips to help you take your mind off whatever is stressing you, to stay calm and centered – Remember, you need to be DOING something, such as: clean up a closet or a kitchen drawer, nurture house plants, read a book, shine your AND your partner’s shoes, try a new recipe and involve your family (if not the cooking part, the eating part), and whatever simple chores that is not work, politics, news…
AND you also made your partner and family happy!
