10 Plus Brand does both business branding and leadership personal branding, using 10 Plus Brand’s own proprietary process.  It usually starts with the founder and CEO’s leadership brand DNA decoding, then the company s/he leads.  The principles for both personal branding and business branding are the same: To distill the brand essence and find out what your brand stands for, to know your competitive landscape and your unique value propositions, and to define your specific target audience or clientele. After that, begins the art and science of creating your brand narratives verbally, visually (with videos and websites), emotionally (with storytelling), and then amplifying with all media (digital, traditional, blogs, videos, podcasts, newsletters, ads, etc.)

From the time our proprietary Questionnaire is released to the mapping of DNA into one and half pages, the brand DNA decoding takes about two to three months on average, with an average of seven brainstorming sessions, each is 5 – 7 days apart. For legacy brands with years of history, it will most likely take more than seven brainstorming sessions. The more complex and multifaceted a brand is (business or personal), the longer it will take to collect all the relevant raw materials, then distill them into brand essence.  Since brand DNA decoding is the foundation that holds everything on top (content, website, AI data, video, SEO, SOM, social media marketing, etc.), it is imperative to make the foundation solid, deep, and wide, therefore don’t rush the art.
